On August 12th & 15th, your company transported my wife from the airport in Lexington, KY to Danville, KY and returned her as well. The purpose of her visit was to see her only brother, who was terminally ill.
My wife is 69 years old, has limited mobility, hasn’t traveled by air in more than 20 years, and has only traveled by air, unaccompanied, once in her life (more than 40 years ago). The trip was very stressful and tiring for her, and stressful for me because I was unable to accompany her.
From my initial telephone call for information, through to her return, Gold Shield was a pleaser to deal with. We both want to thank you for your kind, efficient, safe, helpful assistance in completing two “legs” of her trip in a manner that eased a great deal of stress for her, and for me as well. My wife was very appreciative of the assistance and friendliness of the driver. Please accept our sincere “Thank You” for your assistance.
