Thank you for providing me with the wonderful transportation service I received. I thought at first I had missed getting picked up because the plane was late. However, airport staff immediately commented about the super service of your company and your drivers and I was not to worry about your reliability. Within ten minutes of my call, Mr. Thompson arrived. We figured out what had happened: the arrival time on the schedule was given as 9:00 pm instead of 8:00 pm – either a time zone thing or a typo. Since the plane was late, it all worked out perfectly.
I returned on Sunday morning and the driver was at the front door of the Embassy Suites at 5:45 am to return me to the Lexington airport. I experienced the same gracious interaction with this driver. I especially enjoyed learning more about your lovely city from both men.
My Florida travel coordinator selected your company and by copy of this letter, I am advising of my great satisfaction with the choice of Gold Shield. I feel totally confident in recommending your company to any of my friends.
